Is shipping free to the UK/International? Why is the overseas (eg. UK) postage in the item description different than at the top of the listing?

Shipping in Australia is between 2- 7 working days. For all other countries, it will generally take between 7 to 21 working days. We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you have not receive your order then, please contact us and we will follow up with your order but generally, international orders may be slightly delayed so give it an extra two weeks.

Our store currently accepts Paypal, cheques, money orders and bank wires. If you want to pay via Bank Transfer (T/T), please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with necessary details.

Nope because we are 100% sure our products are the highest quality, unexpired and satisfactory. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind either.

Nope. We do not charge any fees except shipping. This is to benefit you and keep our customers happy although we have to pay some of your transaction fees. We always believe in customer satsfaction!

Yes we do. If you are ordering more than one product, we will combine shipping to give you discounted shipping rates. Our website automatically adjusts to combine shipping.

We usually use regular Australia Post for both domestic and international orders. If you require express, please let us know and we will adjust the shipping cost.

We ship worldwide to all countries except to Italy, Norway and Germany because of their customs and restrictions.

We offer an assortment of cosmetics and skincare which include closeouts, overstock, clearance and shelf pulls which are a fraction of the price of retail stores.. This may generally mean that item may not be in original retail packaging eg. it may not be boxed. Another common example is that it may be mislabeled or have slightly dented packaging. However, some items generally will come in the original retail packaging. Rest assured it will not affect the overall quality of the product!
